Our brain has an emotional and logical side. Which may be in different proportions, but we all have this in common and an unending strife in which both sides of our brains are locked in conflict at all times. As a lifelong observer of human behavior, particularly in the area of business, a large percentage of the time, emotion wins this ever-going arm wrestle. Emotion creates movement and actions, where logic creates a foundation for emotions. From our own research and experience we have set our approach as Emological approach, to focus on emotion or logic depends upon the need and situation.
